IBTS

IBTS FRIENDS

A Transformative Baptist Network

IBTS is building a dynamic, intentional network to drive learning, research, and peace through Christ. Launching in 2024, this global network unites alumni, Baptist unions, churches, and mission organisations to strengthen Baptist education and equip communities for today’s challenges.

Why Get Involved?

By joining IBTS FRIENDS, you will:

Strengthen Baptist education and research for the future.

Connect globally with a vibrant, international community across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia.

Support innovation to address urgent issues: environmental crises, migration, Christian ethics, and leadership training.

Together, we’ll resource The Church to thrive in a changing world.

Your Benefits

Join reading groups and discussions with leading theologians and practitioners from diverse backgrounds.

Enjoy access to guest rooms in Amsterdam, including the John Smyth Library and Digital Theological Library—perfect for a study break or sabbatical.

Use of the IBTS Learning Network Platform, the central online hub for the IBTS community, to connect with alumni and friends in your area.

Link your church or organisation to the IBTS Learning Network's resources and courses. These tools support the church in addressing critical issues like the environmental crisis, religious freedom, violence against women, and migration.
