JEBS is a peer reviewed journal published twice a year with the aim of serving the wider scholarly community, especially those working in the field of baptistic studies, either from the perspective of identity, history, practice or mission.
JEBS is committed to exploring the Baptist story in the European context, however, it is open to authors from all over the world.
The journal is published in open access in cooperation with the Index Theologicus and has its online home at jebs.eu. Back issues are available in open access in the Baptist Heritage Library. The journal is indexed in the Atla Religion Database® and also included in the full text AtlaSerials® and AtlaSerials PLUS® collections. Full text is also available in the EBSCO Religion & Philosophy Collection. Abstracts are available through Religious & Theological Abstracts.
