Self-awareness and Identity in Missional Leadership Course

Starting date

Self-awareness is key to good leadership; and, understanding is key to self-awareness: understanding yourself, understanding others, understanding Scripture, and, of course, for growing in understanding of God. It might sound obvious, but it is worth pointing out that you always take yourself with you, whether you are aware of it or not! A grounded identity will help you to lead in a more confident and vulnerable way.

In this course, we dive into how Self-awareness and Identity affect our leadership. We will explore the Bible and apply methods based on Spiritual Direction to reflect on ourselves in relationship to our context.
