Dr Duval-Poujol Valerie is a French Baptist theologian. Bible translator, chief editor of the French Bible "Nouvelle français courant". She is teaching in several theological seminaries and gives teachings and conferences in churches about domestic violence and women in the Bible and in the Church. She is the founder of "the red chair initiative", an initiative raising awareness on domestic violence (Une place pour elles), co-leader of the CNEDA (Christian network to end domestic abuse) ; she has written several books on domestic violence and also "La Bible est-elle sexiste?" (is the Bible sexist?)

Rev Jenni Entrican is a semi-retired Baptist Minister in the UK. Between 2015-2016 she was President of the Baptist Union of Great Britain, and from 2017 to 2019, President of the European Baptist Federation. Since then she has concentrated on issues pertaining to the place of women in church and society. She has written INVEST, an empowerment course for women which she has run in both Spain and Serbia. Alongside Dr Valerie Duval-Poujol she initiated a Global Website standagainstdv.net, now part of the BWAW. She is also invested in raising her own and others’ awareness of the realties of Domestic Abuse.

Rev Nathan McGuire, a lifelong South Londoner, is a Baptist minister UK, writer, and photographer whose faith drives his commitment to ending violence against women and girls. He began his career as a Domestic Violence Prevention Practitioner, working for eight years at London’s Domestic Violence Intervention Project. In 2017, Nathan transitioned to ministry at Streatham Baptist Church, where he served for six years. Today, he works as a Violence Prevention Consultant and is a Trustee for Restored. He also serves as a Campaigns Coordinator for the Joint Public Issues Team, advocating for the marginalised across the UK. Additionally, Nathan lectures on justice issues at Spurgeon’s College, aiming to empower and equip communities through trauma-informed practice.

Rev Dr Francesca Nuzzolese is a pastoral theologian, psychotherapist, and trauma care consultant. Her academic and clinical work takes place across a variety of cultural, denominational, and professional contexts, with pivotal competencies in higher education, clinical training, and trauma therapy. Her chief commitment is to promote and cultivate psychospiritual growth, healing, and wholeness, for individuals and communities.
