IBTS has three rooms available in Helwys House. An en suite double on the ground floor with disabled access, a double and single on the first floor that share a shower room and separate toilet facility. The house has a shared kitchen, dining and laundry facilities.
The accommodation is primarily for the used of visiting scholars, students, those on sabbatical and EBF colleagues.
Normal Oct-Jan rates are:
En suite €95 per night - €500 per week - €1500 monthly
Double €80 per night - €400 per week - €1200 monthly
Single €60 per night - €300 per week - €900 monthly
Normal Feb-Apr rates are:
En suite €130 per night - €670 per week - €2025 monthly
Double €110 per night - €540 per week - €1620 monthly
Single €80 per night - €400 per week - €1200 monthly
Normal May-Sept rates are:
En suite €155 per night - €800 per week - €2400 monthly
Double €130 per night - €650 per week - €1970 monthly
Single €90 per night - €480 per week - €1440 monthly
Special rates with a minimum two night stay, are available for students of IBTS and other IBTS associates.
